The only thing that I find is wrong in America is that everyone is looking to help the number one player... Themselves. Egocentric stereotypical ignorant people is what is causing America into becoming the worst country in the world. If americans can just step back from what they are doing they would be seeing what they are doing to the country.
I find that the college graduates that got into politics either didn't like college or they are just missing out on how dumb they would be if they hadn't been in college.
As for Obama's solutions to the country... I find that he is in a great position and he just needs time. However, with every president he has to make sure what he says is actually going to work.
Canada has done a lot for America in respect to resources, wars and issues of interest.

I was half joking, but there are times when I question the value of college. For example in most congresses in recent history, they haven't been able to achieve a balanced budget (bush's BB years were in part to the housing bubble). That's basic math and accounting abilities, nothing special. Yet none of these college educated people seem to get it that you can't and shouldn't spend more than you make.
Then I look at some of the politicians and they don't seem to get that the constitution was put in place in part to protect people from government interference and keep the government as small and as hands off as necessary. There are places for some of the extra things that the government does, but they don't belong within the government. Also there are the congressmen and presidents who have no problem creating pork and entitlements. Benjamin Franklin said that this country will fail when the people learn they can vote themselves a raise yet the government seems to be willing to oblige the people getting raises if they make a little noise. And this is both parties mind you.
However I do also realize that a large part of the problem is the people that go into politics, still I can't help but think they are being educationally enabled to do the wrong thing at times.

A college, or any school, gives you the opportunity to learn. They are not responsible for you refusing to use that opportunity or for what you do with the knowledge.
The average American is middle class and blue collar. They are the ones who elected those presidents, senators and congressmen. They are also the ones who pay the bills by not making enough money to be able to NOT pay taxes.
The end result is that we created the mess by letting it continue (re-electing idiots) and now we will pay to clean it up.
PS: Don't compare Bush and Obama's college educations please. Bush barely graduated and probably did only due to huge donations from his family. (I am affiliated with neither party.)

Nope, they're just stupid. And you can't fix stupid, no matter how much you try. Well, maybe if you used a metal bat instead...

This.
I don't think we can blame the colleges because they aren't teaching us to waste the Americans money like our Presidents have although tuition costs are absurd so maybe they are... We do need to balance out the teachers' ideologies or somehow enforce a more fair playing ground in the classroom. I am getting tired of always having liberal professors, its annoying when I want to learn and not hear their shit.
Ahh how far this country has come when we can elect a black president but then he needs to be surrounded by bullet proof glass during a speech.
